How to use the yoga strap
To explore the next movements you will need a strap! If you don’t have one, you can use your dog’s leash, a pair of leggings or a towel!

Use 1: to release the tension from the shoulders

Use 2: as an extension of your arms in binds and shoulder stretches!

Use 3: to create tension and resistance during a sidebend

Use 4: to create traction and as an extension of the arms in seated forward folds.

Use 5: to stretch and release the tension from the hamstrings and calves.

Use 6: to help you bring the knees to chest and as an extension of the arms in happy baby!
