Boil potatoes until fork tender.

Mash peeled boiled potatoes.

Add peas, poha powder, cornstarch, grated ginger, chopped cilantro leaves and green chili.

Then add garam masala, chili powder, salt, lemon juice, ghee and sugar. Then mix

Form patties between the palm of the hands.

Dip each patty in poha powder and cornstarch mixture.

Fry patties in a pan with oil over medium-high heat.

After a couple minutes, flip patties over.

Fry for a couple more minutes on the other side until golden.

Serve with cilantro chutney and tamarind chutney.
