3 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles!
Melt 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, then add 1/2 cup heavy cream & bring to a boil.

Pour cream mixture over 12 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir & put in an 8 x 8 pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

For each truffle, scrape one row of chocolate and roll into a bite-sized ball.

Optional toppings: crushed peppermints, crushed pecans, sprinkles, cocoa powder, etc.

Roll your truffles in desired toppings.
