All you need is: nuts + dates + chocolate chips.

Soak pitted Medjool dates in warm water for 5 minutes.

Add nuts + drained dates to bowl of food processor.

Pulse together Medjool dates and nuts until broken down and sticky.

Add into lined pan.

Press or smooth out using roller.

Cover in melted chocolate.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate is set.

Carefully cut into bars and enjoy!
