Tapioca Flour (Starch)
Taiwanese Brown Sugar
Water
Combine water and brown sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.

Add half of the tapioca flour in, cook and stir until it forms a sticky paste.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the rest of the tapioca flour.

Knead the dough until it forms into a ball.

Form the dough into small balls.

Coat them with a thin layer of tapioca flour to prevent them from sticking together.

Cook for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for another 15 minutes.

Drain the boba and rinse with cold water.

Mix with brown sugar.

Add milk or milk tea and enjoy!
