5-Ingredient Key Lime Pie Energy Balls
What you'll need
1 1/2 cups
Medjool Dates
1 cup
Raw Cashews
1/2 cup
Ground Flaxseed
1/3 cup
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Lime
Pinch
Salt
Add Medjool dates, cashews, unsweetened coconut flakes, ground flaxseed and salt to a food processor

Add lime zest and lime juice.

Pulse until dates and cashews are finely chopped and mix begins to stick together.

Form into balls using a cookie scoop and place in an airtight container.
