Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Start by cutting your zucchini into strips lengthwise. These are your “noodles”.

Pour your vodka sauce into your pan to create a layer. Add a layer of zucchini strips on top. No need for perfection here!

Cut your chicken sausage into strips as well and add a layer!

Time to get cheesy! Add your layer of ricotta, spread evenly over.
