In a bowl combine 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 6 tbs flaxseed meal, 1/4 cup sesame seeds, and 1 tsp garlic salt

Add in 3/4 cup water

Mix and let sit for 5-10 minutes

It will thicken up but still be a little liquidy

Preheat oven to 350. Spread onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet

Bake for 50 minutes, rotating halfway through

Remove from oven, cool and break into pieces

Serve on a cheese plate
