3-Ingredient Strawberry Ginger Sorbet
Wash, hull & chop 1 lb strawberries into quarters. Place them in a metal loaf pan.

Pour 1 3/4 cups 100% pure apple juice.

Peel 1/2 inch of fresh ginger root.

Grate the ginger root into the strawberries and apple juice. Mix well.

Cover the pan with plastic and freeze overnight.

Take pan out of the freeze 30 min before serving. Break frozen block into pieces.

Place the pieces into a food processor & mix to desired consistency.

Serve immediately or return to pan, cover & place in the freezer.
