2-Ingredient Tomato Jam
Just 2 ingredients and 30 minutes is all it takes to turn some fresh tomatoes into a lip-smacking jam!
Chop up 1.25kg of tomatoes into medium-sized chunks.

On a saucepan over medium heat, bring the tomatoes to a boil and then simmer until most of the liquid evaporates.

Tip: Make sure to pick tomatoes that are super red and super ripe to get the best results!
Add 450g sugar. Once it melts, let it reduce once again until it becomes jam-like. Make sure to keep stirring occassionally!

(Optional): Finally, add some cashews and raisins that have been roasted or slightly fried in oil, ghee, or butter.

Done! Serve with biryani, on toast, over crackers, or however you like. Perfect for gifting too!
