Inside Out Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cake
Whisk together eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla & almond butter

Slowly whisk in melted & cooled coconut oil

In a separate bowl whisk together almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda & salt

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine with a rubber spatula

Divide batter into three 6-inch or two 9-inch prepared, round cake pans & bake

For the strawberry buttercream: start by blending freeze dried strawberries

Whip softened butter, then add powdered sugar, vanilla & the freeze dried strawberries

Beat on low, add a few tablespoons of milk, and increase speed to high until fluffy

Frost each layer, top & sides of cooled cake and then refrigerate

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle over the top of your cooled cake
