Instant Carrot Pickle!
What you'll need

4 Carrots
1 tsp
Black Mustard Seeds
1
Green Chilli
Asafoetida
1/2 Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder
1 ladle
Gingelly Oil (Preferably)
1/2 tsp
Salt
Welcome to Vegetarian Kitchen! I am making Instant Carrot Pickle!

I've diced 4 medium sized carrots into round shapes!

Add 1 tsp of mustard and allow it to crackle! Add asafoetida powder for tempering!

Add finely chopped green chilli and saute well! Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder!

Add the diced carrots to the tempered mix well! It is most had with curd rice mainly!

The carrots and the green chilli look great! Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix well!

Make sure the carrots are soft tender!

Switch the gas or your cook top! Squeeze juice of half lemon!
