Salt and pepper roast

Heat oil in Instant Pot

Brown roast for 4 minutes

Turn over and brown on other side

Deglaze the pot with a can of coke

Pressure cook for 1 hour, then quick release

Add vegetables coated in onion soup mix. Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Natural pressure release

Shred up roast and serve with gravy and vegetables
