Instant Pot Banana Bread
Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt

In a separate bowl, whisk banana, coconut sugar, avocado oil, eggs, and vanilla

Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet until well combined

Line the bottom of a cake pan with parchment paper and brush sides with oil. Pour batter in the pan

Cover top of the pan with foil leaving room for expansion and crimp the edges to seal foil tightly

Place trivet in instant pot and add 1 cup of water. Place pan in the pot & cover and set to sealing

Cool on high pressure for 1 hour and 10 min and let naturally release
