Brown sausages using sauté setting. About 3 minutes per side. Move to a plate

Slice up potatoes into rings

Add butter, onions, salt and pepper into pot and toss well. Cook until they start to release moisture

Add in broth and scrape bottom of pot so nothing is sticking. Add in vinegar, sage, thyme and Worcestershire

Add in sausages on top

Place steamer basket full of cubed potatoes on top

Cover Instant Pot and pressure cook for 8 minutes

Place potatoes in a bowl and mash with butter, milk and salt. Move sausages to a plate

Thicken gravy with cornstarch slurry

Serve sausages and gravy over mashed potatoes
