Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Season beef cubes with salt and pepper. Brown in an instant pot set on sauté function. Remove.

Blend stock, chipotles, garlic, oregano, cumin, lime juice and cilantro. Add trivet, beef and sauce.

Close & seal. Cook on high pressure for 25 min. Natural release for 15-20 min. Vent. Shred beef.

Return the shredded beef to the pot and toss with the juices.
