Ingredients: olive oil, stew meat, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, tomato paste, bay leaf, salt, pepper, rosemary, broth, wine, peas
Heat olive oil. Brown stew meat. Add onions and garlic and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients except peas. Stir until combined.
Cover and and set to sealing, Manual Pressure for 25 minutes. When finished cooking, remove bay leaf and stir in peas.
