Instant Pot Black Beans (No Soaking Required!)
Add beans, shallot, garlic, salt, broth, and water to the Instant Pot.
Place the lid on the pot and set the valve to seal. Cook on manual HIGH pressure for 30 minutes.
Let the pressure naturally release for 20 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
Remove the shallot, crush the garlic cloves with a fork and stir them into the beans.
Strain off any remaining liquid. Season with additional salt, to taste. Enjoy!
