Pour in dried black eyed peas.
Add Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
Add chicken broth.
Put on pressure cooking lid, move valve to seal, and pressure cook 30 minutes.
Pressure cook on high for 30 minutes and then slow release pressure for 10 minutes. Then quick release remaining pressure.
Stir and serve. :)
