Sweet And Sour Instant Pot Brisket
Prepare your cooking liquid - whole berry cranberry sauce, dark beer and ketchup

Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add some olive oil

Sear your brisket on both sides

Then brown your onions

They should look slightly caramel-colored
Now place the brisket on top of the onions

Pour the cooking liquid over the brisket and onions

Set the Instant Pot to cook on pressure for 1 hour.

Let it natural pressure release for 10 minutes then quick release.

Remove the brisket and slice

Put the brisket back in with potatoes and carrots and set for 2 min of pressure

Then repeat the NPR & quick release and the meat and veggies should be done!

Refrigerate, freeze or serve immediately. Enjoy!
