Instant Pot Broccoli Cheddar + Chicken Soup
Shred carrots in a food processor

Turn instant pot on in sauté or browning mode. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent

Add carrots and broccoli

Place lid on and seal

Program for one minute on manual high and press start

Melt butter in a stock pot and add flour. Whisk to create a roux and set aside.

Once the broth is done cooking in the Instant Pot, whisk one cup of the broth from the soup into the butter and flour mixture.

Then add that whole mixture into the Instant pot.

Add milk to pot and stir to combine

Add 1/2 the cheese and stir until melted. Then add the rest and stir until melted

Add salt and pepper

Add shredded chicken
