Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Pierogies Add chicken, cubed potato, franks red hot and ranch dressing to the instant pot Place the lid on it and make sure the pressure valve is sealed Set it to meat or chicken for 20 minutes. Let it do it’s thing. Now to make the pierogies! In a bowl, combined greek yogurt, egg, milk and melted butter Add it to all purpose flour, and knead with your hands until a ball forms Work it in sections through a kitchen aid pasta attachment (I finished at number 5 thickness) OR roll thin with a rolling pin Make 3 inch circles using whatever you have! Cookie cutters and wine glasses work great When the instant pot is done, add cream cheese, cheddar, blue cheese and mash with a hand held masher. The tender chicken should shred immediately Add a little green onion for color Our buffalo chicken pierogies are ready to be made! Scoop a small amount into the pierogie and fold in half. Press the edges with a fork so no air can get in Boil water, then carefully add the pierogies to the pot! Boil for 3 minutes then remove with a slotted spoon Melt butter in a nonstick, then add the pierogies. Fry until golden, about 3 minutes each side You’re done!! Serve with ranch, blue cheese, or with avocado ranch like I did! They make such a great Super Bowl appetizer or party app because they are so creative and fun!
