Instant Pot Butter Chicken Rice
Pour broth and rice into Instant Pot

Add chicken on top

Stir tomatoes, butter, garlic, garam masala, ginger, salt, pepper, tomato paste, garlic powder together

Pour mixture over the chicken

Cover and pressure cook for 22 minutes with a 10 minute natural pressure release

Transfer chicken to a platter. Stir cream into rice. Salt and pepper to taste

Serve rice and chicken topped with green onions, cilantro and cashews
