Instant Pot Butternut Squash
Cut a medium butternut squash in half and scoop out the seeds

Place a trivet into the Instant Pot, and add water. Add the squash cut side up, cut into quarters if it doesn’t fit

Cover the pot and set to “sealing.” Cook on manual high pressure for 14 minutes

Do an instant steam release and check to see if it’s tender (if not, cook for a few more minutes.

Scoop the flesh out of the shell and DEVOUR!
