Instant Pot Cheesy Lasagna
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, add olive oil and ground beef to your pot

Once beef is browned, add in chopped onion and minced garlic

Pour in marinara sauce and stir until fully mixed. Then, pour mixture into a separate bowl and wash out the inside of your pot

Prepare béchamel sauce by melting butter and sprinkling in flour. Slowly whisk in milk until thickened

Line a springform pan with parchment paper. Add a layer of meat sauce over the paper in the pan

Then, add a layer of lasagna noodles

Add another layer of meat sauce

Top with béchamel sauce and a handful of mozzarella cheese, and repeat layering

On the final layer, top with remaining cheese and cover with aluminum foil

Add 1 cup of water to your pot and place lasagna on your trivet inside the pot. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes, then quick release!

Optional: broil for a few minutes in the oven. Serve and enjoy!
