Instant Pot Chicken And Corn Chowder
Use the Sauté function of the Instant Pot to cook some onions in butter.

Add chicken and potatoes to the pot.

Pour in chicken broth.

Add in seasonings.

Stir in frozen corn.

Ready to pressure cook!

While that’s cooking, blend some half and half or milk with some cream cheese.

After pressure has released, remove the chicken to a cutting board. Pour in cream cheese mixture.

Add in shredded cheese, stirring until melted.

Shred chicken and return to soup.
