Instant Pot Chicken And Gravy
Add 2-3 lbs boneless chicken breasts to the insert pot (cut each breast in half first).

Pour in 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth.

Sprinkle two packets of chicken gravy mix over the chicken.

Add in 1/4 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. No need to mix it up! Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 6 minutes.

After a natural pressure release, remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred or chop as desired.

Add in cream of chicken soup (I use homemade because it’s easy and SO good!).

Whisk in the soup until smooth.

Stir the shredded chicken into the gravy mixture.

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, biscuits, or noodles (basically, your carb of choice😉)
