Add water and Better than Bouillon into Instant Pot

Add chicken breasts into Instant Pot

Add steamer basket with potatoes into Instant Pot. Maneuver to fit

Pressure cook frozen for 17 minutes or 15 minutes for fresh chicken

Whisk flour into milk until smooth

Move chicken to cutting board and set potatoes aside

Stir flour mixture into pot on sauté setting

Chop up chicken

Stir chicken into gravy
9
Pour potatoes into bowl and mash

Stir in sour cream, butter, salt and pepper

Serve chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes
