Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil

Pressure cook 15 minutes for thighs or 6 minutes for chicken cutlets

Move chicken to a platter. Thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry

Sprinkle chicken with cheeses and let melt under broiler

Serve chicken and sauce over pasta
