Instant Pot Chicken Queso Lasagna
Pour 1 cup water into Instant Pot and add 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken

Pressure cook for 12 minutes if fresh or 15 minutes if frozen

Shred up chicken and stir in a bowl with green chilies, taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of queso

Layer ingredients in a tall pot in pot dish. Start with 1/3 of the tomatoes

2 no boil lasagna noodles broken up

Corn, black beans and diced bell peppers

Repeat layers 3 times ending with queso

Cover pan with foil. Pour 1.5 cups water into Instant Pot. Lower dish into pot with a sling.

Pressure cook for 22 minutes with a 10 minute natural pressure release
