Deglaze pot and pour in beef broth

Add in peppers and beans

Add whole wheat elbow macaroni

Pour in diced tomatoes. Add tomato paste and leave on the very top.

Set under high pressure for four minutes

Release the pressure and add cheese & let sit to melt

Serve immediately!
