Instant Pot Cincinnati Chili (Skyline Chili)
Add ground beef to insert pot and press Sauté.

Brown the beef, breaking it up as it cooks.

Drain grease and return to the insert pot.

Add tomato sauce and apple cider vinegar.

Add seasonings and cocoa powder.

Stir to combine.

Close lid and set vent to the sealed position. Select a five minute cook time at high pressure.

After pressure has released, remove lid and remove and discard bay leaf.

Use immersion blender to achieve desired consistency.

Spoon over cooked spaghetti noodles.

Serve with shredded cheese and onions or beans, if desired.
