Instant Pot Cinnamon Apples
Core and slice apples. Leave the peel on.

Whisk together brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and cornstarch.

Toss the sugar mixture with the apples, then pour in melted butter and stir to coat.

Pour water into bottom of insert pot. Add Apple mixture and pressure cook.

After pressure has released, let the apples cool slightly. The sauce will thicken more as they cool.

Serve as a side dish, breakfast, dessert, or over a stack of pancakes!
