Instant Pot Corned Beef And Cabbage Recipe
Place trivet and rinsed corned beef into Instant Pot.

Pour in 4 cups of water.

Sprinkle on the seasoning packet that came with your corned beef and add garlic.

Put the lid on, close valve to the seal position, and pressure cook on high for 90 minutes.

Tip: If your corned beef did not come with a seasoning packet, you can use 1 tablespoon of pickling spices and a bay leaf instead.
When timer beeps, natural release pressure for 10-15 minutes and then quick release remaining pressure.

Remove the pressure cooking lid.

Remove the corned beef from the Instant Pot! It’s so tender it just falls apart!!

Using tongs, remove the trivet from the Instant Pot. Do not pour out the liquid.

Cut carrots, potatoes, and cabbage into 2-3 each inch pieces and then add to the Instant Pot.

Put pressure cooker lid on and move valve to seal position. Pressure cook on high 2-4 minutes.

When timer beeps, quick release pressure.

Remove pressure cooking lid.
