Instant Pot Creamed Corn Recipe
Simple Ingredients - frozen corn, butter, cream cheese, milk, cream, cane sugar, salt, pepper, & cayenne.
Add corn to Instant Pot.
Add spices and sugar to the corn.
Next add cubes of cream cheese and butter.
Stir to combine, then cook at High Pressure for 12 minutes.
When the cooking cycle ends, Quick Release the pressure and stir for 2 - 3 minutes until well combined.
Let the mixture sit for around 2 - 3 minutes until it thickens.
Then serve - so yummy!
