Instant Pot Creamy Garlic Chicken
Sauté onions in butter for 4 minutes then add in garlic and sauté for 1 minute

Slice chicken breasts across the grain into the size of tenders

Add chicken into instant pot and toss with seasonings

Add in chicken broth. Pressure cook for 4 minutes with 5-10 minute natural pressure release

Add in a can of evaporated milk

Turn to sauté setting. Add n cornstarch slurry

Add in Parmesan cheese

Serve chicken and sauce over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice
