Instant Pot Creamy Scalloped Potatoes
Thinly slice 4 small russet potatoes
Add the sliced potatoes to your Instant Pot with 1 cup chicken broth and salt and pepper. Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes
Once 2 minutes is up, release the pressure. Transfer your potatoes to an oven-safe dish
Add 1/2 stick butter, 1 tsp minced garlic, 3/4 cup shredded cheese, and 1 cup heavy cream to your Instant Pot. Set to sauté mode and stir until creamy
Pour the cheese sauce over your scalloped potatoes, top with 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
Once potatoes are tender, they are ready! Serve and enjoy
