Instant Pot Dum Biryani!
Lets prepare Biryani masala first!

Marinate the chicken and keep it in the fridge for 2 - 4 hours.

lets prepare rice.

Now add pre soaked rice to the boiling water

Turn on the sauté mode and add 2 table spoon oil & add cumin seeds now fry potatoes till light golden and than add marinated chicken.

Lets open after pressure release and than add cashews

Add fried onions, lemon slices, food color and green chillies and close the lid keep on warm for 10 mins.

After 10 mins mix your biryani carefully.
