Instant Pot Egg Bites with Ham, Cheddar & Peppers
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

In a blender cup, add the eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Process until smooth.

Pour the egg mixture evenly into all of the egg bite mold wells, leaving 1/2-inch at top. Sprinkle on ham and peppers.

Cover w/ a paper towel, then foil. Place trivet in Instant Pot w/ 1 cup water. Place on trivet. Cover & cook on high 8 min. Natural release 10 min.

Carefully open lid and remove mold. Allow to cool a few minutes before removing. Use a butter knife to loosen egg bites. Gently pop out and plate.
