Instant Pot French Bread
Mix warm water, quick rise yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5-10 minutes.

Add flour, salt, olive oil, sugar, and water to a bowl.

Combine yeast mixture with flour mixture.

Keep mixing until you can roll the dough into a ball with your hands and it doesn’t stick.

Place olive oil into Instant Pot and set it to the Yogurt setting. Place dough in pot and roll in oil.

Allow dough to rise for 40 minutes. Knead every 10 minutes.

Transfer to a surface coated with flour and heat oven to 425 deg F.

Cut dough in half for two large loaves or fourths for four small loaves.

Shape into loaves and score the top with a knife.

Brush with egg wash and place in the oven for 10 minutes. At 10 minutes, turn temperature down to 375. Bake for 20 minutes.
