Instant Pot Frozen Dumplings (Potstickers)
Add 1 cup water to insert pot of the Instant Pot.
Place frozen dumplings in a steamer basket (make as many as you want—just try not to crowd them too much).
Lower basket into the Instant Pot. Pressure cook on high pressure for 3 minutes, followed by a quick release. Then remove basket from pot.
Optional: If you want to crisp the bottom of the potstickers, discard water and dry the insert pot.
Add a bit of oil to the pot and press the Sauté button to heat it.
Once oil is hot, add cooked dumplings and allow the bottom to brown slightly.
