Instant Pot Hamburger Soup
Turn on sauté of Instant Pot. Heat olive oil and add onion and garlic. Stir until translucent. Add beef and cook until browned.
Stir in chopped celery, chopped carrots, chopped potatoes, tomato paste, and canned diced tomatoes.
Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, and salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in canned vegetables.
Close lid and turn to Manual on high pressure. After 8 mins release the pressure naturally. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
