Instant Pot Hamburger Soup
Turn on the sauté option of your Instant Pot. Heat oil and add onion and garlic. Stir until translucent. Add beef and cook until browned.
Stir in celery, carrots, potatoes, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes.
Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, and salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste. Stir in canned vegetables.
Close lid and set valve to Sealing position. Turn to Manual on high pressure. Let pressure release naturally. Carefully open. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
