Instant Pot Hamburger Soup
Turn on the sauté option of your Instant Pot. Heat olive oil and add onion and garlic. Stir for about 1-2 minutes. Add beef and cook until browned.
Stir in chopped celery, chopped carrots, medium chopped potatoes, tomato paste, and canned diced tomatoes.
Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, 2 bay leaves, and salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste. Stir in canned vegetables.
Close lid and make sure the valve is in the Sealing position. Turn to Manual on high pressure. Let the pressure release naturally.
Carefully open the lid. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
