Instant Pot Hawaiian Meatballs With Rice
Combine BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder.

Whisk to combine.

Combine sauce and frozen meatballs in the Instant Pot.

Add pineapple and peppers, stirring to combine.

Set the trivet on top of the mixture.

In a baking pan that fits in your Instant Pot, combine rice and water. Lower onto trivet.

After pressure cooking, remove pan of rice and fluff with a fork.

Carefully lift out the trivet.

Add in cornstarch slurry and stir.
