Brown ground beef and onions. Drain grease.

Layer 1/3 mixture into bottom of pot-in-pot dish

Add torn corn tortillas on top

Then enchilada sauce and cheese

Repeat layering two more times.

End with the cheese and place pan on sling. Cover with foil

Pour 1 cup water into Instant Pot

Lower pan into Instant Pot

Pressure cook for 25 minutes

Serve and enjoy with sour cream
