Instant Pot Mississippi Chicken And Noodles
Add 2 chicken breasts, each cut into 2 pieces, to the insert pot of the Instant Pot.

Sprinkle in au jus seasoning mix and ranch seasoning mix.

Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth.

Add 4 tablespoons of butter.

Add the pepperoncini! Use the whole jar if you like things spicier, or fewer for milder spice.

Add 24-oz frozen noodles.

Stir to make sure the noodles are mostly covered with liquid.

Ready to pressure cook! Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes, followed by a 15-min natural release.

Pull out the chicken to shred. It’s up to you if you want to leave the peppers in or remove them.

Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
