Instant Pot Mushroom Chicken And Green Beans
Cut up 2 pounds of chicken into bite size pieces and lightly sauté

Add in 8 oz of sliced mushrooms

And in 1 pound of fresh green beans

Add in mixture of 2 t garlic, 1 cup broth, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 T rice vinegar, 2 t ginger & b sugar

Cover pot and pressure cook for 2 min with 10 minute NPR. Then make a cornstarch slurry to thicken

Let sauce thicken on sauté setting

Serve with hot cooked rice
