Add oil to the inner pot and press saute. Then add cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon
Saute until it's translucent
Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala and turmeric powder and saute.
Add sliced mushrooms and saute
Add coconut milk and washed and drained rice
Close the lid and press a “pressure cook” and set the time for 5 minutes
After cooking is done open the lid using 10 min NR
Add roasted cashews and chopped cilantro
Mushroom rice is ready to enjoy!
