Instant Pot Naan Bread
Combine water, yeast, sugar, and salt. Let sit for a few minutes while the yeast begins to foam.

Whisk together oil, yogurt, and egg, then add the mixture to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.

Gradually add flour until the dough is soft but not too sticky to handle. Knead for two minutes.

Add to greased insert pot of the Instant Pot. Spray dough with cooking spray to coat.

Use Yogurt setting to help dough rise until doubled in size (about 20-25 minutes).

Cut dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a flattened circle about 1/4” thick and 6” diameter.

Cook on a preheated skillet until bottom is golden brown and bubbles form on top, then flip.

You can also cook in the Instant Pot using the Sauté mode, though it’s hard to adjust temp this way.

Remove from heat and brush with melted butter.
